Leadership Success Institute sponsored by SW

It’s the best development investment I’ve made in the past 20 years!”

Julie Rosen, Executive Director, Parenting Arizona

With the large population of baby boomers nearing retirement, studies indicate that 67% of executive directors are planning to leave the profession in the next 2-6 years! And studies show that most nonprofits are ill-prepared for the challenges of leadership transition. Our Leadership Success Institute (LSI) provides a valuable opportunity…

  • For nonprofit organizations to develop their pool of senior executive talent.
  • For leaders to expand their skills, toolsets and leadership presence for their next big career advancement.

Based on research conducted by CompassPoint Nonprofit Services and the Meyer Foundation, the three most effective choices for developing leaders are:

Coaching

Peer-Networking

Leadership Development Programs

Lead for Good’s Leadership Success Institute provides all three of these resources in a one-of-a-kind distance learning program! You’ll be encircled by fellow nonprofit leaders in a supportive professional development environment. You will learn new ways to leverage your strengths and resources through one-on-one coaching, learning labs, peer-networking, and mentoring.  The next small-cohort program begins in Fall 2015. Thanks to generous underwriting, this rich, multi-layered  development opportunity is affordable, at only $850 per participant for the entire 8-month program!
